Application Info

You can acquire an application form by contacting us, or by filling out the online application form. The form should include a brief statement outlining the ways in which you hope to benefit from the program. Also include information about your background in the arts and literature. If you are applying for the writing seminars, include a sample of your work which will serve as the first piece to be critiqued in Nairobi (10-15 pages of poetry, no more than 25-30 double-spaced pages of prose).

Please note: applicants will be accepted into the program on a first-come, first-serve basis. This program is competitive and the space is limited; so--apply early! Early registration is the only guarantee of placement in the seminar section you request..

APPLICATION-RELATED COSTS (see also Costs & Deadlines)

A deposit of $150 (applied towards the tuition) is required with the application.

Those applying after November 1, must remit the entire program cost with the application.

Please note: unless payments are made on schedule, we cannot guarantee a place in the program. Any exceptions must be negotiated with the Program Director.
